This coffee is an homage to Greg, who is responsible for introducing us to the world of espresso. Greg loves full-bodied espresso with strong, chocolate flavor notes. Our goal for Gregorius Lienosus is to curate and roast beans that'll earn us a rare smile from Greg.
Our current offering, a regional blend from Guatemala, does just that. It's full-bodied and consistently delivers a full-bodied espresso shot with the bold, chocolatey flavors that we classically associate with espresso. We think it pairs wonderfully with milk, too!
